All of their fish, poultry, seafood, fruit and produce is locally grown and delivered to Riviera Grill Nuevo Vallarta daily. They are also proud of serving only Certified Black Angus Steak raised in the United States.
Fried Calamari Rings - From the Italian tradition, Calamari Fritti. Deep fried breaded calamari rings accompanied by a mexican great hot dip, the chipotle aioli. A little green salad accompany our delicious rings Pacific Ocean Scallops - Seared scallops from the Pacific, arugula leaves, chile manzano and extra virgin olive oil citronette. Yellow Fin Tuna Steaks - Always fresh tuna from the Bay, seared and served with sesame seeds, pan-fried crunchy vegetables and our light Dijon mustard cream. Shrimps al Pastor with mango and pineapple - Pan fried shrimps served with the salsa al pastor, a mix of red chilis, guajillo chile, orange, rosemary, onion and garlic. Accompany by a grilled slice of pineapple and our home made mango chutney. Ravioli ¨burro e salvia¨ - Homemade ricotta and spinach ravioli simply accompanied by a touch of butter and sage. Rib-eye steak - Grilled 12 oz rib eye steak. Served with mashed potatoes and a three chili pepper( guajillo, pasilla y cascabel) black bean sauce. Aguachile with shrimps - Hot, very hot! Our shrimps are served raw with the classic “aguachile” (chili’s wáter) prepared with freshly squeezed lime juice, green serrano chile, salt and pepper. Served with tostadas on a bed of cucumber, onions, tomato and coriander. Chile Poblano with shrimps and cheese- Mild, big green chile filled with vegetables and shrimps accompanied by steamed rice and a crashed tomato sauce, grated with cheese. Very authentic and popular dish from the mexican tradition.
