Marival Condo-Resort & Residences is a new concept in ownership, an investment opportunity with an extensive array of amenities, as well as optional benefits like a rental program and up to three years free maintenance fees to complement ownership.

Like other condo-resorts, Marival Condo-Resorts & Residences appears to be the usual upscale hotel to the average nightly guest. However, the key difference with a condo-resort is that each of the hotel suites is individually owned. Owners can use it when they want and enjoy all the amenities of the five-star hotel. When the are not in residence, the condo is placed in the rental program and the revenue generated is split between the hotel management company and the condo owner.
