• Fractional ownership program offers a variety of fractional shares starting at 1/12 (one month usage per year) with four unit sizes and floor plans, ranging from one to three bedroom condos.  The fractional ownership program is among the most flexible in all of Mexico.  Prices range from $42,000-$371,000
• The condo hotel ownership program offers residences ranging from $450,000 to $1,300,000.
